Ideas for schools to get involved

Free resources for primary and secondary schools on ‘Being Ourselves’ are now available to download from the Children’s Mental Health Week website.

Teachers and school staff will find suggestions for primary and secondary assemblies and whole class or group activities to encourage children and young people to have a positive view of themselves and recognise the different qualities of others, both in and outside of class.

School resources from previous years on ‘kindness’ and ‘resilience’ are still available to download too if you want to look back for more inspiration and ideas!

We’ll be adding much more in the coming months, so don’t forget to sign up for email alerts to be kept updated on the campaign and as more resources are added.
