Get Involved

Schools, youth groups, businesses and individuals all got involved with this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week. By combining our efforts, we are making steps to reach thousands more children, young people and families.

There are still so many ways you can take part. You could:

  • Reach out to local schools and share our resources with them
  • Organise a fundraising event such as a Show and Tell, bake sale or own uniform day
  • Make a donation and help us to reach more children with vital support.

Check out our resources below for ideas.

The next Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021. Look out for updates in the Autumn term when we'll be revealing our theme and sharing practical resources.

Please continue to help us to raise awareness of the importance of supporting children and young people's mental health. Add the dates to your calendar and sign up for email alerts for the latest Children's Mental Health Week news.
