BAFTA In Conversation With – video series

In this short film series created by BAFTA for Children’s Mental Health Week 2024, personalities from across film, TV, music and sport explore different ways young people make their voices heard.

BAFTA’s Young Presenters Jeriah Kibusi and Precious Assah sat down with four stars to delve into this year’s theme of ‘My Voice Matters’.

Conversations cover the importance of listening to others, using different art forms for self expression, prioritising open conversations about mental health, and practical advice for young people. The Young Presenters also question how respect and coming together can influence mental wellbeing.

These videos are aimed at older primary school pupils, and secondary / high school pupils. They could be used in school, or at home, as a conversation starter with children and young people. Watch them all below.
