Children's Mental Health Week 2025 will take place from 3-9 February 2025.

Place2Be created Children's Mental Health Week to empower, equip and give a voice to all children and young people in the UK.

Join us and make a difference to children and young people's mental health by taking part in Children’s Mental Health Week!

Each year, we launch free resources for schools and families to help you take part in the week! This year we're partnering with Here4You, supported by The Walt Disney Company and the Inside Out 2 characters to explore our theme Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.

From assembly slides and top tips, to school resources - our fun and exciting activities will help you take part in the week!

We're partnering with Here4You, supported by The Walt Disney Company!

Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week has joined forces with Here4You to explore the importance of self-awareness and expressing emotions.

Here4You is supported by The Walt Disney Company, and through the characters of Pixar’s Inside Out and Inside Out 2, the resources encourage children and young people across the UK to discover how getting to know who they are can help them build resilience, grow and develop.

On our website and in some of our resources and activities, you'll find Joy and the characters from Inside Out 2 help explore our theme Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.
