Take part
Take part and join us for Children's Mental Health Week 2025 from 3-9 February 2025!
There are so many ways you can take part in Children's Mental Health Week. Whether you're a school, part of a youth group, an individual, a family or an organisation, we'd love to have you join us!
However you decide to take part, from fundraising to getting involved in other ways, you'll be helping give children and young people the confidence and resilience they need.
The theme is 'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself', which is about encouraging children and young people across the UK to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means for them.
This year we're partnering with Here4You, supported by The Walt Disney Company and the Inside Out 2 characters to explore our theme Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.

Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week has joined forces with Here4You to explore the importance of self-awareness and expressing emotions.
Here4You is supported by The Walt Disney Company, and through the characters of Pixar’s Inside Out and Inside Out 2, the resources encourage children and young people across the UK to discover how getting to know who they are can help them build resilience, grow and develop.
On our website and in some of our resources and activities, you'll find Joy and the characters from Inside Out 2 help explore our theme Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.
